This Cutlery Shoppe exclusive of the Military 2 proudly showcases a blade crafted from CTS-XHP, a high performance blade steel that fits into the "Goldielocks" category for Toughness, Edge Retention and Corrosion Resistance. CTS-XHP is a powder metallurgy steel, capable of higher hardening. Its 16% Chromium content results in excellent stainless steel properties, which are ideal for EDC knives.
Each blade is given a black DLC (Diamond Like Coating) with matching black clip, liners, compression lock and hardware.
This exclusive version of the Military 2 faithfully includes all the proven elements of the Millie 2 design, including a high-strength Compression Lock mechanism and a four-position pocket clip.
To set it apart even further than the "standard" offerings, and as you'd expect from Spyderco Exclusive this model has bright orange medium texture peel-ply G-10 handle scales.
