Machined from solid ¼" thick 6Al4V aircraft grade titanium. Radiused edges and some fine tumbling give this an amazing feel in the hand. I reverse engineered the clearance angles from a bunch of different capped bottles so the lifting edge really gets a serious 'bite' under the cap for efficient cap lifting.
