THE ONLY PENCIL YOU’LL EVER NEED: THE FELLHOELTER TICKLER

THE ONLY PENCIL YOU’LL EVER NEED: THE FELLHOELTER TICKLER

Having been a huge fan of writing utensils my whole life, there comes a point you can’t just pick up every high end writing piece that you see and incorporate it into your everyday carry. When you get to a certain point you have to be a lot more critical of the items you carry everyday. One thing that has always felt awkward to carry in pretty much any situation is a pencil. Carrying a classic Ticonderoga pencil just free floating in your pouch or pocket is gonna lead to a lot of unwanted graphite smeared this way and that. The solution to this is obviously the mechanical pencil. Most mechanical pencils look elementary with their plastic bodies and their shedding erasers. Fellhoelter has found an upscale solution for all your penciling needs with their TiCkler model of mechanical pencil.

This TiCkler is a collaboration piece with CPTN AXEL doing this incredible Cerakote job on the body. This shade of yellow brings back so many fond memories of late nights in highschool and college working on math problems and writing rough drafts the old fashioned way. One of the most outstanding qualities of any Fellhoelter product is the elevated feel that makes you want to find new ways to continue using it. The pencil is a tool but the TiCkler is a way to enhance the mundane tasks that we so often dread in our lives. The hexagonal body shape feels perfect for my writing grip. The texturing on the Cerakote also adds to the writing experience making for long and comfortable writing sessions. The detail work is absolutely fantastic with the tip of the TiCkler looking as if it has been freshly sharpened. The accenting hardware is finished to perfection and lends to the elementary aesthetic that we can’t get enough of.
